• Customized reporting capability – by individual, by department, by state

Face-to-face, instructor lead training will continue to be an important component of our training curriculum. However, we feel that the addition of this new distance learning component will enhance and improve our overall competence and readiness. This will make us more prepared to meet the challenges in today’s workplace.
